Changes are Expected in MCAT Punjab Syllabus in 2017

Important notification for students appearing in MCAT Entry test in 2017. Changes are expected in Syllabus of MCAT in 2017 due to resent change in FSC and A level Course. University of Health Sciences (UHS) planning to include some new topic of Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology in MCAT Syllabus. However decision is still in process. MCAT test is expected on 27th August 2017. Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) is a necessary test to get admission in public sector Medical colleges in Punjab. There are very limited seats available in public sector Medical colleges. There are around 3400 seats available in 20 public sector medical colleges in Punjab. In 2016 around 56,000 plus students appear for MCAT test, so students have to work very hard in order to get admission through MCAT in medical colleges of Punjab. UHS MCAT Entry Test Format

To get admission in public sector medical colleges of Punjab, students are required to appear in entry test known as UHS Medical Colleges Admission test (MCAT). UHS MCAT is only for Medical colleges in Punjab, and competition is so high due to limited number of seats available in Public sector Medical colleges of Punjab. UHS MCAT test contains 50% weightage and 40% weightage to FSC and 10% weightage to Matric marks. Subjects included in UHS MCAT test are Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English.
